Social Circle protects adults and does not tolerate child exploitation.
Social Circle is an adults-only social-events service for people aged 18 and older. These standards apply to our website, mobile app, member messaging, gatherings, and every person who uses or interacts with our service.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Social Circle strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation, and any conduct or content that endangers a child. No user may create, upload, send, request, store, share, promote, or facilitate such content or behaviour through Social Circle.
2. Adults-only access
Social Circle is not designed for, marketed to, or available to people under 18. We do not knowingly permit a child to create or use an account. If we learn that an account belongs to, or personal information was supplied by, someone under 18, we will take appropriate action, including restricting or removing the account and handling the information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Notice.
3. Report a concern
Members can submit a safety or child-safety concern inside the mobile app through Profile → Safety & feedback. You may also contact our Child Safety Officer at admin@socialcircle.co.za. Reports should include only information needed to explain the concern. Do not send or forward illegal imagery. If a child or any person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority immediately.
4. How we respond
We review reports, restrict or remove access where appropriate, preserve relevant records in line with applicable law, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. When Social Circle obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we will take appropriate action under these standards and applicable child-safety laws, which may include removing content or access and reporting confirmed material to the relevant authority.
